What this site collects, and why

The Supplement Digest does not sell anything and does not run accounts. This page covers the little it does collect: cookies, analytics and advertising data, and what happens when you click a link that leaves the site.

Who operates this site

This site is published by The Supplement Digest, an independent supplement review publication. For any question about this policy or your data, write to editor@thesupplementdigest.com.

Information you give us directly

The only information we collect directly is what you choose to send us. If you email us through the contact page, we receive your email address and whatever you write. We use it to answer you and, if your message is a correction, to fix the page you wrote about. We do not add your email to a mailing list, and we do not share it with anyone outside this site.

This site has no accounts, no comments section and no checkout. It does not ask for your name, address or payment details at any point.

Cookies and similar technology

Cookies are small files a site or a script it loads can place in your browser. This site uses them for three purposes:

You can block or delete cookies in your browser's settings at any time. Doing so does not stop you from reading any review on this site; it only stops the analytics and advertising tools above from recognizing repeat visits.

Google Ads and Google Analytics

This site runs or plans to run Google Ads campaigns and may use Google Analytics to measure them. Google's own use of the data these tools collect is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. You can review or opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics in your browser with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Outbound links

Every product link on this site leads to a seller's page outside thesupplementdigest.com, most often through ClickBank. Once you follow one of those links, you are on a site this policy does not cover, and that site's own privacy policy and terms apply. We link only to the seller's official checkout and do not control what it collects.

What we do not do

Your choices (California and beyond)

If you are a California resident, the CCPA gives you the right to ask what categories of information a site has about you and to ask that it be deleted. Because this site collects almost nothing tied to an identifiable person outside of a voluntary email, the practical version of that right is: email editor@thesupplementdigest.com and we will locate and delete any message you sent us. The same address handles any similar request under other regions' privacy laws.

Changes to this policy

If what this site collects changes, this page will be updated and the date at the top will change. Continuing to use the site after an update means the current version applies.
